There are SO many milestones to be captured here, both for you as an individual; for your family as a unit; and for your sweet Little One, too!

I know so many mamas who have told me about getting caught up in life and routines and the understandable whirlwind of life, and suddenly it's been years and years since they had proper family photos made. Just snapshots. Usually on an iPhone, these days. And even more commonly--and tragically? Mama is never in the photos. She's always the one holding the camera.

This beautiful gallery celebrates the growing life of a proud and excited couple soon to welcome their baby son into the world. Maternity sessions are best photographed around 30-32 weeks. Her gorgeous red dress accentuates her growing belly and highlights her sweet baby bump. I love this rich, bold color. You can opt for a figure-hugging dress or a flowing dress, but I do recommend long maternity dresses over short maternity dresses. It is also best to opt for a single color, or small subtle patterns, when choosing an outfit. Skip the bold, big, or vibrant patterns for another day.
